asianseed don't provide a certificate of quarantine
Asianseed is not responsible for products that are disposed of (import suspended) by customs.
If you agree with the above, please place an order.
Orders that contain seed, soil or fertilizer are subject to the import regulations of the destination country.
It is ultimately your responsibility to know what can and cannot enter your country.
We suggest checking with your country’s Department of Agriculture or equivalent - often called Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries or similar.
Once your order ships, it could take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive, which we have no control over, as it depends on how long it takes the order to clear customs in your country.
International customers are responsible for checking with their local customs office to see what is, and is not permitted to be shipped to their area. We are not responsible,
and cannot refund for seeds that are confiscated, destroyed, or returned by customs. You are also responsible for all taxes or customs your country may levy.
It is the customers responsibility to cover any duties, fees, or taxes that may be assessed by the destination country or carrier.
International Refunds Returns
Our Guarantee applies to all international orders, however we do not pay return shipping on international orders.
Seed that comes back to us in good condition can be refunded, but original shipping costs cannot.
Any return shipping costs are your responsibility.
